Pick-Up Policy
Please allow 4hrs for the cake to be ready, if we need more Time we will let you know or if we cannot fulfil the order we will call you know and give you another option, if you decide not get another order we will refund the money.
The taste and texture of the cake is subjective. Full refunds requested due to taste or texture will not be accepted after the cake has been accepted and collected. You may qualify for a percentage of our store if the product is returned and it is determined that the quality of the flavor or texture of the cake does not meet our standards. The cakes should be returned in a timely manner, preferably with 24 hours of collection. Call us or send us an email with due diligence to inform us of the problem. The determination of quality depends exclusively on D'event Cake & Supplies. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been fully eaten. * The store's credit percentages are based on how quickly the cake is returned.
